Option 1: Have a friend in Canada call the 888 number, he will need all your
info to ask them the status.
Option 2: Email your MP's office, you may have to call them as well and they
can get you an update.
Option 3: IF you have sent in what they asked for, sit tight and wait to
hear from them.
