I became a PR of Canada on 18th June 2004. But I returned to my
country of birth on 15th July 2005 after completeing just over one
year in Canada. My PR is valid till 18th June 2009.
As I understand I have to stay one more year to remain a PR before
18th June 2009. In order to do that I should go back by June 2008.
But in case I cannot make it, what is the option? Suppose I go back to
Canada in January 2009, will the authorities let me in? If they do,
then what will be my status after 18th June 2009? Do I have to reapply
for PR? |
