After searching and viewing many messages in this Group, I would like
to ask you questions regarding to PR Card Application Checklist, I am
renewing PR Card.
1. I apply for PR Card renewal only for 1 person (it's me). They sent
me original forms .... but there are 2 forms IMM 5455 (Supplementary
Identification Forms), is it correct if I have to send all 2 of IMM
5455 ?
2. One of the documents I want to submit is Passport's photocopy, I am
confused how many pages of the passport I have to make photocopy ?
3. They sent me forms with staple ... Can I leave the staple when
submit the application ?
