If you live in QC, it take 4-5 months for the Quebec immigration
interview (interview will be in French) either in Montreal or in New
York and the CSQ will be issued immediately after the interview, if
you pass and if you live in rest of Canada, it will take an year.
After the CSQ, it will roughly take 5 months in Buffalo cic to issue
the visa.
