Hello Von-Von,
My resent experience in Jamaica is that it takes app. 10 - 15 working
days to get your passport back. However I don't know what your
previous story line is, so it might be a bit different in your case.
Looking at the information you profided here, I do lean towards
assuming that you will get a positive response from the Embassy.
