Hi All-

My brother entered Canada December 2004 as a Landed Immigrant. He
stayed for a month and left in Jan 2005. Now he wants to come back and
settle permanently (May 2008).

Is his PR card still valid?
Is he legally allowed to enter Canada on the Landed Status granted in
December 2004?
Will my hiring a lawyer to plead his case help him?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
