Can anybody tell what background check covers in canadian citizenship
application? if someone has an unpaid traffic ticket in the US (which
may lead to arrest in the US if he ever goes back again), will this
kind of thing affect his citizenship application in Canada?

we heard there will be background check for canaidan citizenship
application, will this check detect out any arrest warrant (say, if
there is) in the US?
