I am the primary applicant. I will be staying in the U.S in the same
mailing address. Lets assume my family's trip is permanent and
Buffalo asked for our passports to issue PR visa. Here is the thing
once my family is back home isn't it illegal to mail there passports
to me, and I send it back to them after the visa is stamped by
Buffalo. Is it possible this process is done through the Canadian
Consulate in my home country. I don't know how complicated and time
consuming it is.
Do you know how long the PR visa is valid and once visa is stamped in
Buffalo is it possible for my family to land in Canada from my home
country.
