Subject: Skilled worker immigration form question Posted on: Wed, 25 Mar 2009 17:13:27 +0000 (UTC)

Hi all,
I want to apply for immigration visa to Canada as a federal skilled
worker. I am not sure about some items in the forms and would like to
ask for your thought and advice about that:
- Affliation of political organisations: I used to be a communist
party member in my country for 1 month and it was 3 years ago. Should
I mention it in the form? Will it make my application be turned down
by the canadian government?
- Relatives in Canada: if I have a very far uncle who has been living
there for decade as a canadian citizen, should I mention him in the
form (I have had few direct contacts with him)
Thanks a lot and look forward to hearing from you.
Have a good day,
Lawrence
