Folks:

In the global economy, if you cannot compete you will lose out to those who
can compete.
America has huge opportunities for graduate education (Masters, Ph.D) but
not many American born are grasping these educational opportunities.
If a foreigner grabs the opportunity and eventually starts to get ahead,
that seems to be a big problem.
