That's right, its a conspiracy to force immigrants to purchase bottled water
at inflated prices. My question is why immigrants don't import their
brackish water that apparently doesn't taste nasty from home. A nice bottle
of water that is mineral and feces rich straight from the Yangtze? You
prefer human/animal excrement and putrified garbage in your water over
chlorine? Do you like the thrill of playing Russian Roulette with every
drink, thinking that one gulp of water may be your way to get Malaria or
cholera?

You are getting "agricultural run-off nitrogen" in your water? Where are
you drawing it from, a creek or drainage ditch?
Most wells of sufficient depth have this nifty natural water filter called
"dirt" that captures and neutralizes all of those allegedly harmfull
nitrogen compounds.

Why are you putting words in my mouth? I didn't say anything about
"over-crowding", especially since it is a subjective term. In many turd
world nations, it seems that folks like living in crammed conditions, but
the traditional culture of the US seemed to like their cities and still like
their elbow room. The "Suburban Sprawl" complainers are from the meddling
environmental groups (whose ideology when compared to their silence I was
criticizing) and those who have escaped the urban jungle to enjoy the
relative solitude of the country but are now experiencing an influx of
people who are overflowing from neighboring urban centers.

The reason why there is so much "empty land in the middle of the country" is
because government intervention in normal population migration. When the
Congress Critters in collusion with the Executive branch conspire to convert
private land into untouchable 'Wildlfe Refuge", this tends to create those
"empty lands in the middle of the country". Open up a Rand McNally map
and check out the color coding. You will see that much of the "middle of
the country" is Fer'al Government and State Government land (in clear
violation of the USC). Some states have a majority of their lands taken out
of use for the expressed reason of preserving wildlife and natural
resources.
