As Ray said: that is the timeline
for NYC AOS. 2 to 3 years wait time for filers who submitted petitions
prior to 2003.
The last month has seen, however, that AOS filers who
submitted their petitions at NYC DO in early 2003 have been given
interview dates for June and July of this year making their timeline 12
to 16 months.
Where are you other filers in the queque? God only
knows but it seems that the transition to the NBC clearance of all
petitions has speeded things up only for those filers and left those who
filed in 2002 under the old rules in the dark.
