Help Regarding CSPA Posted on: Sat, 29 May 2004 09:22:52 +0000

Hello,

i want some help regarding family-based category-IV (F-4)
immigration case from my uncle for my mother & family.

Our case was
filed on 27 May 1992 and our priority date is current and we are about
to submit fees. The problem is that I have aged out and gone above 21
(21 years and 6 months exact) and so did my brother (26 years).

My
question is that would I and my brother be able to immigrate with our
parents (consulting Child Status Protection Act) or some other law
regarding that matter.

Personel replies to email address below would be
appreciated.

thankyou
