I am sorry, but you are wrong. Statistically, the people are
considered illegal because their visa (issued by Dep. Of State)
expired. INS or HomeLandSecurity (its substitute) maintaines their
case, yet there are counted as out of immigration status, until their
case is completed. Beside the point, it matters not.
The point is that we have no other option but the accept the fact that
we will have to grand a amnesty and go along with it to benefit all of
us. Literally. |
