Hello,

I'm on F1 working on CPT and got my H1 approved starting Oct 1st.

Since I don't have a H1 visa stamped on my passport, will my wife
still be able to appear for H4 visa with my approved H1 papers? Or is
it a must for the primary H1 holder to get the visa before any of his
dependents can appear for a dependent visa?
