You can't stay or
work in the US without authorization, also if you have been present in
the United States for more than 180 days then you are now what's called
an illegal alien. You are required to maintain a residence outside the
United States that you don't plan to abandon. College, seminary and
university teachers can apply for a NAFTA visa, but not for high school.
The odds of you getting lawful employment are not very good.
Because
your wife is only a green card holder she can not apply for you and it
is illegal for you to live in the US with her. People can't just move
in because they get married. The government has to screen them first.
