It would appear that you are trying to adjust status based on marriage
to a US Citizen (your wife). The INS no longer exists and has not since
after September, 2001 when it came under the control of the Homeland
Security and was changed to the BCIS and then later to the USCIS.

It
would appear from the sketchy post that you placed here that your
adjudication for AOS was denied due to lack of documentation. A long
form birth certificate is definitely a must have and not the little bc
cards used in Canada. Also the I-693 supplement is the vaccination
supplement which is normally required if the petitioner has entered the
US on either a K-1 Fiancee Visa and/or a K-3 visa both of which require
the petitioner to have had their full medical in their own country
before being issued a K visa by the US Consulate.

If the issue is just
to get these documents to the proper USCIS office, then do it. What is
the bitch and moan session for. The USCIS asks for specific
documentation (copies) to be sent in at the time of filing and then the
originals to be brought in at the time of the AOS interview. It is not
a big deal to comply with these requirements. It would appear that your
AOS is pending receipt of said documentation and that you were given x
number of days to comply. So go to the district office with your
documentation and personally hand them over and get a receipt for them.
If that is not a possibility then Fedex them to the person who
interviewed you.

Good
