The
erroneous belief that someone can hang out as a tourist for 10 years
with a 10 year visa is almost certain to set people off. It strikes a
nerve with us. It's like telling a baseball fan that a player gets 4
strikes before they're called out. Or telling a wine expert that MD
20/20 is the finest merlot you've ever tasted.
It's hard for those of
us who are "in the know" to believe that someone could think that there
is any immigration relief for a 4 year B2 overstay who is obviously
dripping wet.
If you are truly new to immigration law then I apologize
for assuming you were a troll and will try to answer your questions.
