Pretty much zero, unless there's some really major thing coming that's
so big that the consequences of draft-dodging would be the least of
your fears. There's a lot of 18-25 year olds around and it'd probably
be political suicide to draft those.

You're assuming that he trusts the politicians to only draft when the
military action would indeed be a good way to manage threat to the
United States. That question's kind of off-topic for this newsgroup
