Hi there

Im stuck, and was wondering if you could help me please.

My husband is Canadian, and has been in the USA with me since October.
He has overstayed, and is still present with me in the USA.

We are trying to file sponsership papers for him to stay in the
country.

I am going to need a co-sponsor because I dont earn enough (who will
be my sister btw) even though Ill use a co-sponsor do I still need to
submit my tax returns?
