You can obviously not reside in two countries at the same time. So
you will have to give up one or the other.

US immigration law and (presumably) Canadian immigration law.
In particular, US immigration law says that a Permanent Resident has
to reside in the US. If you have Canadian PR, that is doubtful, so
US authorities will eventually take away your GC...
