Hi, I was wondering what paperwork to file for my gf soon to be wife who is
on her visitor visa here in the United States ? I know there are K1 and K3
visas but as I understand she has to go back to her home country and then
wait for about 8 mts or so until she can come back. Is there a way that will
allow her to stay here with me whilst her documentation is in process ? She
has not over stayed her visa and we have been dating for a while. Thank you
