Hi Melvin:
My husband came over to the US for a 3 month stay. Before his
time was up, we decided to get married. If you get married, start your
immigration (Adjustment of Status) as soon as possible. As long as you
start the process before her time is up, it is easier. Take a look at my
timeline and you can see how well ours went. This way you don't apply
for a K1 or K3.
