Subject: Any Muslim or Arab had I-485 approved? Posted on: Fri, 16 Jul 2004 15:02:05 +0000 (UTC)

I have had an I-485(Employment based) pending with VSC since 10-2001.
I have been fp'ed twice so far but still no approval or even a RFE.
I am a Muslim Arab and I am suspecting that is why nothing has been
happening with my case.
Three friends of mine, who are also Muslim Arabs(One who applied in
Texas, one in California and one in Vermont) are experiencing the same
situation.

Is there any Arab or Muslim that has been approved recently? If so
please provide more info on country of origin and timeline.

P.S.: An Indian(hindu) guy working with me, applied 6 months after me,
using the same lawyer and the same job description had his petition
approved last December!
