Hi Lucy,

I'm very grateful for your help/information.

Lucy, Amanda meantioned something about:

"I think you'll need to fill a form to be pardoned for overstaying.
Hope Lucy can tell you which form. There is such a provision for those
files before April 30, 2001 via a law called 245 (i). I wonder what
form is used for that."

Did you fill out the form to be pardoned too?

Lucy, To tell you the true, I'm very nervous/scared of filling out the
INS' forms, since that they aren't easy to deal with (as I heard from
many ppl). Because if you mess up with the forms, it'll take you
forever and might give you problems in the future too. Therefore I
want to make sure that I do the paperwork "100%" right.(But maybe I
can do it, since that my boyfriend who will definitely help me out
with filling out the forms).

"ask questions if you get confused"

I'm honestly very scared of miss out any forms, or fill the wrong
forms. Therefore I'm very glad & really appreciated your offer for
having the will to help me out, if I have requestions in the
processing of filling out the forms- thank you very much Lucy! :) -

PS: And Amanda, thank you for your post too! :)
