The lady is going hell bent for 90
and doesn't know how to lay out her life story but rattles on and on
without making much sense.
Questions:
1. Who was in prison that you
had to get married in prison? If it was you, I am assuming you are out
on parole or served your sentence. Criminal activity of a USC will not
make a difference anyways to the USCIS.
2. Didn't you go to the USCIS
site for information and to order your forms? And don't you know there
is no INS but there is an USCIS.
3. Didn't you mention you have an
attorney?
4. Why do you need a Waiver?
5. Why was your application
sent from Texas Service Center to Nebraska? Did you move?
6. Why
didn't you file everything for your baby err husband at the local
district office governing where you live?
7. Can Mommy and Grandma
prove support for themselves, you, husband, and child at 125% of the
poverty guidelines.
8. Has hubby done anything illegal such as work?
9. Do you receive any type of welfare or housing assistance?
