Beware of Broadcom, their Staffing Department/Staffing Business
Unit/Human Resources Business Unit. The Management has had a
reputation for the past few years for their "use and abuse" tactics.
Their reputation lives on. If you are Full Time/Permanent or
Temporary/Contractor, be prepared to work in a hostile environment.
Individuals being brought to tears, anger, frustration often.
Management by intimidation. Bad choices. Firing people on a whim.
Hiring full time people to only let them go. Hiring contractors only
to let them go. No training. Thrown into the position with no
training. Training by Fire. When working through a process, don't
ask questions, you will be verbally bashed and abused. Managers to
beware of: Dave Lawson, Roger Coker, Mark Rinovato and others.
Over the past year: 8+ good people hired, bullied, mismanaged,
verbally abused, used and terminated inappropriately. Several have
