Hi,
i am dv 2005 'winner', got nl in july, and want to do aos from f1
visa. my case # is low and will be probably current in october2004.
But i have a dillema; can i file for gc know or should i wait october
when case # is current.
Also can anybody tell me what kind of documents do i need to submit as
a proof that I am not going to be a public charge. Is i-20 (where it
says i am on fellowship) enough ot do i need bank statement tax
returns etc.
i asked at uscis and once they told me to file affid of support, and
another time to file I-134 (old version), but on both person who fills
it out has to be either citizen or permanent resident. What should i
do??
