Thanks Sylvia for reminding that what she filed earlier was only
I-130. I was assuming that she withdrew that and refiled I-130 &
I-485 together but I should have realized that there wasn't enough
time to be receiving interview appt. if she has refiled I-130 and
filed I-485 as well.

She definitely should let an immgration lawyer handled it ASAP.

OfLoveAndFears, after reading some posts here where people got their
paper stuck for even simple procedures like mine, I am spending money
getting an immigration lawyer. A good one would know what should
happens at each step and would realized what actions to take if
something is not happening. I strongly suggest that you get a lawyer
NOW.
