Nice attitude for a prospective immigrant to have. Shall I begin some
comment about immigrating illegally into your country? I'd rather come
in as an asylee and get housing and monetary allowance and not be requi-
red to do anything for it. Oh yeah, that's not very popular where you're
from, either.
If you wanted to be able to work right away, you should've married your
USC and filed for an Immigrant Visa. You would be able to work/travel/g-
et a driving licence immediately that way. Perhaps you had other priori-
ties. Interesting that you feel that filing some paperwork is going thr-
ough "hell".
PS: entering the UK with a fiance visa does not give the alien fiance
the right to work immediately, either, IIRC.
The alien's bank and phone records for the past 2 years have nothing
to do with the K1 visa.
