Don't think he has to say one word. I was in NYC on 9/11/01 and there
every work day. I have lived through the scary part and am living with
the thought it could happen again at any time.

President Bush does not have to talk about terrorism to scare us and
other Americans. Only those with their heads in the clouds or up their
_____ are not scared.
