Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the INS Inspector's Field
Manual? I am looking for chapter 17 (17.2 - withdrawal of application
for admission specifically). I downloaded a copy from asylumlaw.org,
but its missing page 3 and 4. Can anyone help? Any format will do.
