Even if the answer with regards to the question of the US citizenīs
residency in The Netherlands (please, not Holland. Holland is just a
part of The Netherlands) is īnoī, US/Dutch couples should still check
out the website for the consulate in Amsterdam. Because currently, this
consulate allows also non-resident USCīs to file petitions for immediate
relatives.
