From my understanding, they would see a multiple application for H1B and
there could be a possibility the others will be denied due to not being
able to work 3 jobs full time.....

I did read one article stating it could be seen as fraud and all
applications even if approved could be cancelled. Could just be a lawyer
being dramatic though......

Personally I would call the immigration office and ask them, just to
be sure....
