Dear Rete,
Thank you for the response!
He will file the returns retroactively, but still we won't be able to
meet the eligibility criteria with his income by itself. I am thinking
of using his father's pension, but I will not be able to use my income
since I won't have an EAD, and I couldn't take the job!
