Yup, best bet, either get some experience, or consider coming over here
for further study, like a masters and then you can work in related topic
I believe, part time, on campus at the very least, so would increase
your worth, and while here you can job hunt and hope someone would be
prepared to sponsor you that way...
one of my mates did a study exchange and then got the uni to hire him to
work for a company the uni had set up, third world wheel chair design as
a route for sponsorship as getting H1B ain't easy, its expensive and the
company has to show why they cant' hire a local basically, so without
experience, you don't stand much chance.
