Hello,
My parents are scheduled for an interview at the US embassy in Chennai
for a family based immigrant visa (IR-5 IR5). They've lived in
multiple cities in India in the past 50 years. They have lived in
these cities for more than 6 months. Do they have to obtain a police
certificate from every city. It is difficult to get one in Chennai,
let alone other states/cities. Any pointers from others who have
applied for such a visa in Chennai is much appreciated.
