Processing date for I-130 generally means the cases filed before that
date have been processeed or are being
processed and the approved petitions
have ben forwarded to National Visa
Center ( for consular interview cases ) or
are being forwarded to NVC.
Interview will be scheduled after NVC
processing is complete and priority dates
are current. For immediate relatives
of US Citizens, there is no wait for the
priority date. NVC forwards the
case to overseas US Consulate after
the priority date is current.

After filing the petition, a receipt usually
arives within 2 or 3 weeks.

Look at www.uscis.gov and travel.state.gov for all these details.
