My friend's ex husband who is a green card holder was deported 5 yrs. ago.
He got caught buying drugs in SD. After a month or so in jail, he has an
agreement with the judge to be deported instead of jail time. From what I
understand, he was already blacklisted Now, he has a son who was born here
and will be 18 next yr. The son will petition him next yr. Will he be
allowed to enter the US again? They were thinking of changing his name just
in case it will pop out in the data base.
