Hi,

I am planning to change employer.
My second H-1b status expiration date is 10/01/2005
I am arrived in the USA in January 2000, so 6 years limit will be reached
at January 2006

My new employer want to file H-1 transfer and regular LC for me ASAP

Questions:

How can I get H1B 7th year extension ?
Can I start RIR LC and do not loose 7th year extension opportunity?

Any help will be appreciated
