Ben, what if it didn't matter? Have you used your AP before? I believe
you'll find yourself in Secondary Inspection while they process the
parole regardless of which entry line you try to use.
If you're splitting hairs, you will find that your status after
admission on AP is not the same as the status you have now. In fact,
it's a lot more tenuous. I've read it described as this:
When admitted with AP, your legal body is still standing outside the US;
you are not technically 'admitted'. If you are having a legal problem,
this might be worth bringing up with your lawyer.
Also, I'll presume that you have not accumulated more than 180 days out
of status? That would be a huge warning to NOT use AP at all.
