I will be a USC in the next 6 months. I want to apply for my parents
to get their GC as soon as I get my USC. They live in Cyprus. Which
forms do I have to fill out? Is it better to get them here on B-2
visas and then apply here or is it better to apply for them while they
are in Cyprus? How long does it usually take for them to get their
GCs?
