Subject: Approved I-130 Posted on: Tue, 23 Nov 2004 23:44:55 +0000

Hello! I am in U.S. right now and moving to canada next month. I am a US
Citizen. Me an my husband are going to canada on the basis of PR in
canada so that he can come back to US as we already has an approved I-
130.so what is the procedure through canada. When and how do i transfer
my approved I-130 or do i have to file a new I-130 and how long will it
take for him to come back to US? Will he be able to get the greencard
right when we come back to US and how long does the processing usually
take in Canada? I cannot afford to stay in canada for too long?
