Ok. I get it now. The government of Mexico is a victim, in your
opinion.
This has nothing to do with the corruption which is rife in their
government. It has nothing to do with the abundance of natural
resources in their country which they choose to ignore.
I could go on and on, but obviously they're simply victims of the
northern capitalists.
