I am a British citizen who would like to move to the US in the near
future. I have previously been here a few years ago on a J1 visa and
since left. I have now returned for on a tourist visa but would like
some information on the possibility of gaining permanent residence or
which visa i could apply for to enable me to stay here. I have no family
but good friends who would be willing to sponser me. Is it possible to
get sponsered by a family (who say need my help nannying) even though we
are not related ?
