Hi i am an F1 student visa holder and my Fiance is a permanent resident
for almost two years now we have been living toguether for 2 years now
and my visa its expiring and i need to go to my home country to renew
it.
My question is: If I marry her can she claim me in the US, because i
thought she has to wait 5 years until she becomes a citizen then it will
be a quicker process otherwise i have to wait 5 years before i can
become a permanent resident.
My second question is If i return to my home country and ask for a
tourist visa instead of the f1
and travel every 6 months so i dont get in trouble, will i have any
problems requesting my tourist visa afte having the f1?
