Re: Advice needed on I-130 petition Posted on: Sun, 19 Dec 2004 18:07:36 +0000 (UTC)

Hi,

I have applied for I-130/485(My wife is US Citizen) on July 28th 2004
at boston office which was forwarded to National Benefit Center(NBC).
At the moment, the processing date at NBC for I-130 is January 2nd
2002.

When should I expect I-130 and I-485 to be approved?

Thanks
Jess
