If she's a US citizen, no problem. Otherwise she'll need to get
work authorisation for the USA, and I suspect that will be very
difficult. I'm not sure if H-1Bs are granted to lawyers, and if
they are she won't be able to get one before October 1 2005.
She'll also need to be sponsored by a US employer.
