"Automatic Visa Revalidation".
I am working in NC State University as a J-1 visa status. Our (me, my
wife and son) visa has been expired on March 15, 2004. We have valid DS-
2019 and I-94. Our home country is Bangladesh ("call-in" special
registration only for me. As far I know, Bangladesh is not DOS listed
country like: Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Sudan, North Korea and Cuba).
We are permanent resident of Canada.
My question is, If we travel Canada for less than 30 days without
applying a new visa, then can we re-enter USA according to the
"Automatic Visa Revalidation" rule?
