Meauxna-
You've obviously got a very different idea of what "plain English"
means. I'm answering his question free of charge and simply pointing
out potential risks based on my experience, which happens to be quite
extensive in this area. Lawyers are trained to to spot and analyze
risks, and they are myriad in US immigration law. Many foreign
nationals don't know the risks and/or tend to take a more optimistic
view of things because of past (i.e. pre-9/11) experience. Did I use
too many "big words" for you? If so, here are a couple you should be
able to understand- piss off.
